IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT SEEKING OR COMING FOR AN IN-OFFICE CONSULT:
Appointments are not booked online, so please give us a call anytime at 770-913-0001, ext 100. Our friendly and helpful staff will review dates and specific details of your visit with you personally at the time of your booking with Dr Sinervo or Dr Eugenio-Colon. In general, however:
Masks are presently required in the CEC office at all times. Please call to confirm if our status regarding masks has changed in advance of your appointment.
We are an out of network provider (click here for additional information). Out of network benefits are not a guarantee of payment for your office appointment, and while we will bill your insurance carrier as a courtesy, you are ultimately responsible for all costs associated with your visit.
In-office appointments are $500. Note this represents the patient’s responsibility for a typical office consult including ultrasound. Any additional labwork or testing will result in additional costs. We will collect a $250 appointment deposit at the time of scheduling your new patient appointment. The remaining $250 will be collected at checkout after your appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, we charge a $100 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your $250 upfront payment, and you can expect a $150 refund. If you are a no-show, you will forfeit your entire $250 deposit.
Should you schedule surgery with us following your office appointment, your $500 payment will be applied towards your surgical deposit. All further out of pocket costs related to your surgery will be discussed with your Surgical Coordinator at the time your surgery is booked. Any additional labwork or testing will result in additional costs.
We do not write prescriptions for pain medication before surgery. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
Existing Patients

CEC POST-SURGICAL PATIENT APPOINTMENT POLICY & COSTS - EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025
Please note, we remain an Out of Network provider and as such, your appointment may not be covered by your insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm your coverage. Patients are responsible for all costs associated with appointments, which will be payable upfront. Please call our office if you would like more information on your upcoming appointment cost. The following changes are designed to better align our services with our patient’s needs while continuing to ensure the highest level of care to all CEC post-surgical patients.
Post-Surgical Follow-Up Visits:
Post-surgical patients have access to one additional follow-up visit within the calendar year after their surgery, not including any appointments within their three-month post-operative period. You may choose from the following options, which are available to you at a reduced cost as a CEC post-surgical patient:
In-office Pelvic Exam & Consultation with Dr Sinervo or Dr Eugenio: $500, will include MRI review and/or Transvaginal Ultrasound; any additional labwork or testing will result in additional costs.
6-12 Month Post Op In-office Consultation with Dr Sinervo or Dr Eugenio: $250, any subsequent labwork and/or testing that may be ordered will result in additional costs.
Telehealth Consultation with Dr Sinervo or Dr Eugenio: $150, any subsequent labwork and/or testing that may be ordered will result in additional costs.
Telehealth Consultation with Victoria Novak, PA-C: $100, any subsequent labwork and/or testing that may be ordered will result in additional costs.
Discontinuation of Routine Yearly Check-Ups/Non-Surgical Consults:
Our practice is dedicated exclusively to surgical care. As such, we will no longer provide routine yearly check-ups or ongoing care unrelated to surgical procedures e.g., mammograms, general ObGyn exams/tests/orders, etc. Please maintain your relationship with and consult your primary care physician, local ObGyn, or other specialists for your ongoing general healthcare needs. While we are not able to recommend any specific providers, you may wish to utilize your local hospital’s “find a doctor” tool on their website, visit peer referral groups, check with your insurance company, and/or visit a trusted referral site such RateMDs.

To provide a convenient drive for you, our office is only five minutes (less than two miles) from our primary operating room at Northside Hospital’s main Atlanta campus. Select surgeries may also be performed at other Northside Hospital campsuses.

Free Case Review
Both Dr Sinervo and Dr Eugenio-Colon provide free case evaluations. You are free to choose either surgeon, or “no preference” if you do not have a specific request. Please note that case reviews are not conducted on a rush basis; all evaluations are given the full and careful attention they deserve in the order in which files are received. Case reviews may take as long as 4 weeks in some circumstances before hearing from the reviewing surgeon, as they are conducted on the basis of the reviewing surgeon’s availability.
