Prospective patients have a few options to think about: our free records review and consult; a telehealth appointment; or an in-person (traditional) office visit. Please read on to obtain further details about which option may be right for you or a loved one -

1) BOTH SURGEONS OFFER FREE CASE REVIEWS. This option is available to all prospective patients anywhere in the world, with either Dr Sinervo or Dr Eugenio-Colon. Click here for detailed information and to register for this option. Please note, however, our free phone consult option is intended for those seeking care with the Center. If you are only seeking to obtain one of our surgeon’s professional opinions about your case, please schedule an appointment, for which there will be costs. Thank you for understanding. There is no cost and no obligation for the free review for potential patients, however, and no travel to our Center is needed in advance of any potential surgery here.

2) DR EUGENIO-COLON OFFERS TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS. Cost apply. Details and scheduling information for telehealth appointments with Dr Eugenio-Colon can be found here. This is an ideal option for those who would like a more formal consult with him beyond a record review, or for those who are merely seeking his expert opinion.

Dr Sinervo does not offer telehealth appointments. Those wishing to be seen by Dr Sinervo can call 770-913-0001 ext 100 for an in-office appointment or follow the steps at the top of this page for a free phone consult record review with him.

3) BOTH DR SINERVO & DR EUGENIO-COLON OFFER TRADITIONAL, IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS. We have had the privilege of caring for patients from approximately 70 countries and are always delighted to see you in our Perimeter Center offices for a traditional office appointment and exam.
