Let us know how we can help you or a loved one, and get started here. It's a privilege and honor for us to serve the global endometriosis community!

Endometriosis has the potential to disrupt every aspect of an affected individual's life; from physical, mental, social and emotional health to interpersonal relationships, career and academic opportunities, infertility/pregnancy loss, sexual pain/dysfunction and more. Often invalidated and ignored by medical and lay society alike, many struggle with the disease in silence. However - there is hope! We welcome all those who have - or think they may have - endometriosis to learn more about the CEC and our Laparoscopic Excision (LAPEX) approach that we have been performing for over 25 years. Please visit both of our websites and join us on social media to ask questions, learn about endometriosis, check our references, register to send your case file for our free review, and much more.

A Center of Expertise in Endometriosis and formally designated Center of Excellence in advanced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS), our practice is comprised of an award-winning team of Board Certified Laparoendoscopic Excision (LAPEX) surgeons and compassionate endometriosis specialists. Founded in 1991, ours was among the first few centers in the world to offer patients a dedicated focus specifically on excisional treatment of the disease and care for pelvic pain gynepathologies. Our world-class excision surgeons have been successfully helping individuals of all ages from every corner of the globe to regain their quality of life for nearly two and a half decades, and our integrative, patient-centered care team considers it an honor to help those with the disease.

We believe the cornerstone of an effective multidisciplinary approach to treating endometriosis is to completely and meticulously remove all disease from all areas - 'excision' - including those areas others may have deemed 'impossible' to treat, such as bowels, sciatic, bladder, lung and thoracic region, etc. Our surgical experts have created a legacy of elevated care for endometriosis, using a surgical technique limited to use by those few practitioners around the world who have dedicated their life's work to the successful treatment of endometriosis, who truly understand the disease, and who have mastered the art of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. We utilize evidence-based practices combined with myriad lifestyle and alternative recommendations and resources to effect a healing-oriented approach that emphasizes the 'whole person.' At the CEC, our patients are the most valuable members of the care team.

We have successfully treated among the most complex of cases, including of lungs, diaphragm, deeply invasive gastroinestinal disease and more through over 8,000+ combined procedures in nearly 5,000 patients from 50 countries. Our low recurrence and high success rates are a testament to the effectiveness of LAPEX as the gold standard of care for endometriosis. Our Center also remains active in research on the disease and hosts a robust Fellowship program, continuing to train tomorrow's experts in excision of endometriosis and MIGS. Our focus is on providing a compassionate, patient-centered approach addressing the physical, emotional and support, education, and community resource needs of the individuals who entrust us with their care. Please let us know how we can help you or someone you love. We consider it a blessing to try and assist you. Contact us today.
