We’re truly honored to have the opportunity to potentially evaluate your case, at no cost and with no obligation, as we’ve done for tens of thousands of international patients for more than thirty years. All case reviews are conducted by CEC surgeons to determine whether you or a loved one may be a candidate for surgery at our Center and to inform your decision-making process as you consider further diagnosis and care.
We welcome the opportunity and privilege to conduct a free case consult with you. Before proceeding, however, we kindly ask that you please carefully review the important information that follows. It outlines everything you will need to know about our free case evaluation process including timeline expectations and next steps. Once you complete your registration, you will receive a detailed email with further additional instructions and specific guidance. No in-person visit is required, you do not need an appointment or a referral, and you can request either of our surgeons. We are always accepting new patients.

Who is Eligible for a Free Case Review?
If you or a loved one wish to be considered for surgery here at the CEC and you have never had a previous free case evaluation by either of our surgeons, we welcome your registration for a free review. We are always accepting new patients from around the world. A prior diagnosis is not required, and you do not need a referral from a physician or insurance company. No office visit is necessary, as the evaluation and consult are conducted via telephone.
Our Center treats all forms of endometriosis and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery concerns and conditions in adolescents and adults alike. If you are a physician or physician’s office making a direct referral of a mutual patient, please have them submit the form below themselves or call our office directly at 770-913-0001, ext 100. We’re glad to help.

-If you are already an established CEC patient from any year - please call our office directly with your needs at 770-913-0001.
-If you are only seeking an expert second opinion and not considering surgery with a CEC surgeon - please make an appointment with our Center by calling us at 770-913-0001.
-If you have already undergone a previous free case review with any of our surgeons at any time in the past - you are not eligible for another free review; please call and make an appointment (fees apply) or speak with a member of our helpful staff for timely assistance by calling 770-913-0001, ext 100. Please note, not all cases are appropriate for surgical intervention, and not everyone is accepted as a surgical candidate. Our team will assess your personal situation with care and clinical expertise. Certain factors, including but not limited to, medically fragile conditions, a BMI above 45, or other health concerns may sometimes affect surgical eligibility. These considerations are reviewed thoroughly during the evaluation process to ensure patient safety and the best possible outcomes. Thank you for understanding. Free Case Registration Form
Dr. Sinervo and Dr. Eugenio both offer complimentary case evaluations. You are welcome to select either surgeon. Please note: case reviews are not conducted on a ‘rush’ basis. Each submission is carefully evaluated in the order it is received, and every case is given the full attention it deserves. The time from sending your files to undergoing your free consult may be up to 3 weeks in some instances; please know we will do our best to expedite your case as quickly as possible. Once your form below is submitted, you will receive an email with further detailed instructions, including timeline expectations, a list of (very) specific materials to send, and next steps to proceed with your free review. Regrettably, we are unable to process or respond to submissions that are incomplete or contain incorrect information, such as an invalid email address, incomplete addresses, or other missing fields, so we kindly ask that you please double-check your entries before submitting your form to ensure we are able to assist you as quickly as we can. As a reminder, you are not eligible for another free review if you’ve already undergone one with any of our surgeons at any time in the past.
