It was initially terrifying to consider seeking care in another country, but it will remain one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Dr. Eugenio-Colon came into my life after years of searching for a way to live without chronic pelvic pain.

Dr. Eugenio-Colon was always so quick to help. He does it all while ensuring that you, the patient, goes through the process well-informed.

While endometriosis isn’t mostly considered a life-threatening illness, it is a life-altering disease. Thankfully, with Dr. Eugenio-Colon’s expertise, guidance and thorough care and compassion, I feel like I’ve regained quality of life. I’ll forever be grateful for the care I received from him and his team. They are truly exceptional.

I am so so glad I found Dr. Sinervo. The free case review was phenomenal. I sent in everything and I think I heard back just a few weeks later. Dr. Sinervo was very clear and confident on our phone call and his scheduling staff did a wonderful job of communicating with me and getting me scheduled for surgery. They sent clear information beforehand, and I felt prepared and very confident going into the surgery.

After surgery, I woke up in zero pain. Granted, the Northside Hospital team do a great job helping with that, but compared to my previous surgery with another doctor, this was night and day. I was completely and totally pain free and off all pain meds a week after surgery. I attribute this to Dr. Sinervo's skill, the application of local anesthesia, and PRP. He really thought of everything to reduce pain and speed up healing.

All I can say is that if you are on the fence, either due to fear of surgery, or due to the cost, it is worth every penny and then some and you will be very well cared for.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Eugenio-Colon. His staff members are always kind and helpful. Before coming to The Center for Endometriosis I had multiple misdiagnosis, surgeries where biopsies were never done, and years of infertility without any explanations. I was so mistrusting of medical professionals and honestly desperate for answers. My pain was constant and chronic for years. He referred me out to other specialists when necessary. There really aren’t any words to adequately describe how grateful I am for Dr Sinervo. I went in for surgery with Stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis. It had adhered to and affected every organ in my abdominal cavity. I woke up from surgery and noticed, immediately, that I now only had surgical pain. I have been a nurse for 20 years and worked with countless physicians. Dr Sinervo’s bedside manner, kindness and expertise are unmatched. He truly is one of the best in the world, without question. He prayed over me and made sure to check on me daily. He took the time to explain, in great detail, what all happened in the OR. If you are in need of expert endo care, look no further. My husband and I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Eugenio-Colón is phenomenal. I have admittedly high standards for my doctors, but he has exceeded every expectation I had. From my first contact with his office through my surgery and follow up, I have truly been impressed with everyone I spoke to and everyone involved in my care. He is incredibly compassionate, skilled, and caring- a rare combination in today’s world and truly an exemplification of the Hippocratic oath. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Dr José is truly an incredible doctor and person.
