If you feel that you would like to pursue treatment with Dr. Albee or Dr. Sinervo here at the Center for Endometriosis Care, please send your records for our free evaluation and recommendation.

Drs. Albee and Sinervo will respond to you personally, providing you with their comments and outlining a prospective treatment plan for you.  Please be advised that the CEC’s free records review and evaluation process is performed at no charge to the patient in an out-of-office setting (phone call or in some cases, written response from the surgeon).  Should you choose to come to the office as a new patient, please call 770-913-0001.  Please be advised that a new patient consult fee will be assessed at the time of your in-office appointment.  Should you have any questions, please contact our Program Director at Heather@CenterForEndo.com or toll free at 866-733-5540.  Thank you.

IMPERATIVE NOTE:  Please do NOT send your records or ANY medical data to the CEC offices without registering first.  We cannot track partial or unregistered cases, as this can cause confusion and significant delay in getting your case reviewed.  As such, we cannot accept any unregistered cases.  You must register online at http://www.centerforendo.com/sendinfo.htm  or by calling 866-733-5540.

Should you wish to proceed with the records review process, please continue on to our online registration form, conveniently located at http://www.centerforendo.com/sendinfo.htm - or alternatively, you may also register with our Program Director personally by calling 866-733-5540 or via email.  Once registered, you will be advised as to what materials to send and how the process works.  Because our surgeons offer this as a free service to the global Endometriosis community, they ask that only women and girls who are seriously considering treatment submit their cases.

You do not need to have had previous surgery or have an advanced case of endometriosis to be considered for treatment at the CEC. If you know you have Endo, or if you think you might, we are happy to try to help you, and we will always treat you with care and compassion.
